        All your friends and relitives will be able to go to one spot to check up on you and your sweetheart. Post contact, hotel, church, reception information for 24 hour access. After the wedding, we can post pictures of the day so everyone that was unable to attend can see just how much fun it was.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Matt Levorson Productions will make every attempt to provide a high quality reproduction of the wedding. Also, MLP will follow a shooting schedule when provided.  However, due to the spontaneous nature of the event, the final production may vary from the original request. MLP assumes no liability, other than a full refund of deposit if circumstances of mechanical malfunction, accident, illness, or other conditions prevent the completion of the video.  MLP reserves the right of final editing and the use of highlights from your event for promotional purposes.

DEPOSIT AND DATE RESERVATION:  A non-refundable deposit must accompany this signed agreement in order to reserve your wedding date.  The deposit is applied to the balance of your package order, which must be paid in full no later than two weeks (14 days) after the day of the wedding.  Charges for extra copies or any other additional charges will be due upon your receipt of the finished videos and/or DVD's.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. A minimum deposit is required on all packages to reserve the date. DVD/Videotapes must be paid for in full before delivery.
2. Upon receiving your deposit, MLP reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for this time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled for any reason, or if the date is changed.
3. If we are unable to perform the services agreed upon for whatever reason, we will refund your deposit.
4. It is the responsibility of the client to secure permission of church, synagogue or other officials to videotape the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable if such officials prevent videotaping.
5. MLP will abide by the rules of the church or synagogue regarding camera placement at the ceremony. Permission of the officiate is required before the camera(s) are set up.
6. MLP will retain copies of the final DVD/VHS.
7. MLP will take utmost care to produce a tape of high quality. However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape stock. If taping is prevented due to such occurrences, the deposit will be refunded. MLP makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, in regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed videotape.
8. Under any and all circumstances, MLP liability is limited to the refund of the deposit.
9. MLP reserves the right to use anonymous portions of the videotape for promotional or other purposes.
